STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


Welcome to Kahani Ethnics. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

    • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

    • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen resolutions.

    • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or policy at any time without prior notice.

    • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

    • We accept payments through authorized and secure payment gateways. Kahani Ethnics is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment providers.

    • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

    • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier partner.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

    • Returns or exchanges are valid within 7 days of delivery.

    • A flat ₹100 processing fee will be charged per return or exchange request.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

    • If the tags are damaged or removed, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

    • After 7 days from delivery, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

    • Certain categories like sale items, accessories, or customized products may not be eligible for return/exchange (will be mentioned on product page).

    • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after quality check of the returned item.

    • Shipping charges and the ₹100 return fee are non-refundable.

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

    • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

    • All content on our website (logos, images, designs, and text) is the intellectual property of Kahani Ethnics. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

    • Kahani Ethnics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.

  2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
